  • Brazil - Fazenda Junqueira Reis

    In August, 2015, Bob and I visited the Brothers Reis' coffee farm. The brothers are serious about each and every process of the coffee growing and harvesting. We arrived to Fazenda Junqueira Reis late in the day, after they had put in a full day's work. They were delightful hosts and after walking their farm, they powered up their processing equipment and personally ran the pulping machines, proudly showing off their day's coffee harvest. Afterwards, with the aid of our translator host, we had a lot of laughs, just enjoying each other's company with the back drop of the beautiful Brazilian sunset
